Astarion's Reaction if You Choose to Romance Karlach Over Him | Baldur's Gate III

As you probably know, you can only romance (or rather flirt with) two companions starting from the Tieflings’ /Goblins party. In Act II, after the romance scene with one of them, you have to decide on one. So, here is the case when you choose Karlach over Astarion with all possible options.
