Early on in the development of The Walking Dead The Final Season or The Walking Dead Season Four, there was the consideration of Clementine going back to her old house. This is supported by concept art in The Walking Dead Definitive Edition which shows Clementine's home! This was likely going to be in a dream at the end of the game! Shoutout to my good friend on Reddit user changemymindpls1 and the UA-camr Droyti for creating this. The Cutscene shows Clem returning back home to her house! Imagine in this scene. She was about to leave the house until she hears Lee’s voice and he said “You’ve been all by yourself through this?” Then Clem will turn around and she’ll see Lee which she hesitates but then she talks to him until later, AJ will come to her and say to her “Who’re you talking to?” And Clem looks back at AJ and she turns back at Lee but now sees he’s gone. And Clem will said “No one, goofball. No one.” And then they leave the house behind which leads to opening of the Final Season.

In the complete storyline of the game, you actually spent very little time in Clem's house. VERY little. And yet, seeing it here, so many years later, makes me go quiet.

Actually, I liked the end of The finale Season. Clem finally found a home. That made it a perfect farewell for me. But for a dream sequence, it would certainly have been great.

Except, for how the fuck did they got back without a leg and bleeding out surronded by zombies. It was an awful ending. But they run out of money so.
What's interesting is how the house has been boarded up. It suggests other stragglers passed through her home over the years.
Plus the babysitter’s body and blood aren’t present.

It's one of those stories that leaves a lasting impression, that's for sure. We'll never forget it and always have nostalgia for it because there is so much emotion invoked by the memories. I wish I could play it for the first time again.

Man, this was my childhood. I loved zombies as a kid and I was 8 years old when this game came out, the same age as Clem. I didn’t buy the game until I was a teenager, but I watched the game plays faithfully. This gave me so much joy. I remember waiting so eagerly for TheRadBrad to put out new episodes. The good times.
RadBrad is one of the 🐐 for me and a big inspiration for me to do Yt

watching the gameplays on my dad's phone. oh, the memories. I never had enough time to finish someone play-through it, so I'd always end up watching new people playing those first episodes.
Seeing this really makes me want a new season or DLC. Even though Clem's story had a great conclusion there is still so much more they can add.

i have played and watched most of these games all over youtube for more than 5 times and i write some stuff too and i can write it way better without even trying hard
This was so beautiful! Should’ve been a dream sequence. I loved the train setting, but I thought Clem’s home would be a nice place to talk to Lee as it was the first place they met and first time he defended her.
The train was more scenic, though. It symbolizes moving on also because the train is in constant motion.
They could've made it so that the dream sequence started out with clem's parents going away, telling kid clem that her babysitter is staying until they come back, then you move clem back to her room, but when you open the door, you're now in the train. Then lee talks to her from here.
The train was the pivotal moment in the series for both Clem and Lee. Murder, betrayal, death etc etc until the team dwindled to just Clem and Lee
If they put this in the game it would have been so emotional to see and remember it's where Lee and clem found each other

This game raised me, we all saw clem's journey from being a little girl to the badass she is now. Makes me tear up everytime.

This gave me goosebumps, the music, clems old home and the treehouse was absolutely heart touching honestly the final season of the walking dead the way it ended was done to perfection and they couldn’t have illuminated a better setting for the walking dead but it would have gave us gamers so emotional if they actually implemented this into the game at the end where clem finds her old home with the treehouse and aj just standing behind her and she could hear voices like the walkie talkie 💜

So cool!~ Clem coming home would have been so reminiscing about how much she has been through and grown throughout the seasons. I can just see Clem getting flashbacks to when she first meet Lee...here comes the tears 😭

Seeing this after years have passed, which was the beginning of a difficult adventure in which you become a survivor, is hard.

This game really has a special part in my heart. I remember being 12 years old and starting to play it because of the freedom of decision and honestly because of the zombie-horror. Little did I know that this game would be so iconic. The music, the characters, the settings... Everything is so special. Telltales best game. By far

No matter how many times Skybound says that the Comic is cannon, let me tell you something that goes for all games: you own the game, you play it, you decide what is cannon. You decide what choices are cannon for your stories, and what ednings are cannon to your stories. For me - Clem returns safely to the school with AJ and her lover Louis, and their story ends with AJ placing her hat on the table and the credits roll. Thats it. I will never read the comic nor look up info on it. Its that simple. For me: The. Comic. Does. NOT. Exist.

For the most part the walking dead was a point and click game but it’s crazy how much we fell in love with the entire series, I really do feel like a grew up with Clem as I was a junior in high school when it all started and now I’m a full on college graduate working in my field. Seriously I’ll forever treasure this game and glad I gave it a shot despite not really liking the Point and click games, thank you telltale for taking us on this journey.
Imagine she goes back to where Lee died/was left (depending on if you shoot him or not)
I think while Clem was gone, some people used the house as their home for a while, evident from t he boarding of the windoes that would neither Clem or her babysitter would've built up, along with a broken glass door that was boarded up, it wasn't broken before and the body of the babysityer is gone too, same with her blood
But for whatever reason, they left or were killed in some way, idk but all I know is that it was used by some people after Clem and Lee left it back in season 1 episode 1
Remembered when lee stumbled up and met clem here, man so many memories, just to be dusted away from skybound, thanks alot tillie and skybound.

i find 3:04 pretty interesting bc the picture is in perfect condition and still so colourful, which i noticed, was that it was the only colourful/ vibrant thing left in the house. this was probly made by clem too, and shes still around so i think that just adds to it. rlly love this small little detail

Nostalgia of Twd Telltale hits very hard and deep... its been 10 years since i played the first season and my love and nostalgia just keep growing every day. I will forever keep all this series close to my heart.

This really should’ve made the final cut! Imagine repetitive dream sequences of her being at her home and they just continue to get more and more horrifying. Theres so much they could’ve done with that like childhood memories and progress to her parents as walkers trying to kill her (sounds morbid but still a great concept imo)

I would think this scene would be a dream tbh. As Clem had the train dreams. How I feel this will go:
Clem gets this during her last moment. Not after AJ chops leg. But more when she was exhausted and them still running as her life flashes before her eyes. She walks towards house and looks around. Imagining what the old house is and then seeing what it was before. Probably hearing her parents voices faintly since she can barely remember. If ghost images show of them, I would say it be very blurry. She would be able to walk around the house and look at stuff and say some comments of course. Then at the final of the dream, she goes up in the treehouse and finds a walkie talkie. (I know she had it but this is a dream) She picks up the walkie talkie and hears Lee. She goes to peek at her window to see Lee standing on the porch. Lee holds up his walkie talkie and says, "Have you been alone this whole time?". Clem responded "Never". As Clem stares down at him and each time she blinks, she sees all the people she cares for that died in groups. (I know it's a lot oof) She then waves at them and all the other people fade but not Lee. Lee once again holds up walkie talkie and says, "I love you sweet pea". Clem smiles and nods in silence as the vision of the house fades away then Lee along with it, all gone white.
If it's bad please let me know cuz I just thought this be something. I like the original ending otherwise because it made me cry ;-;
