Wow! So impressive! The one time I tried pomegranate skins, I used dried skins from a friend’s tree, and barely managed to get pale beige. I wonder what I did wrong?
hello dear, I have watched few videos of yours & like the way you explain simply without any complications. I have a question: can I mix more than one color for example pomegranate with marigold flower ?
Thank you! Yes, you can combine dye materials. Marigolds and pomegranate rinds would be a great combination. You’d want to be cautious if you used a dye material that needs an alkaline or acidic bath, with one that doesn’t or needs the opposite. Good luck!
I guess Im asking randomly but does anybody know of a trick to log back into an Instagram account?? I somehow lost my password. I love any help you can give me
@Callum Lian I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and Im trying it out atm. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Loooove this video! I was thinking about dyeing with pomegranate, now I will definitely do it soon! Thank you so much! I might have missed it, just have one question, how much water did you add to the dyebath?
I typically fill the pot 3/4 full of water to allow the fiber to move freely and therefore dye evenly. The amount of water will not change the concentration (color) of the dye .
Good thing I have a nice supply of pomegranates growing in my garden! 🤗🤗
That light golden yellow color is gorgeous!!!! I want that color yarn to knit a top!!!!! Beautiful!!!!!!!! DONNA
BEAUTIFUL mustard yellow
just found your channel, as a total beginner of dyeing(haven't started yet but definitely preparing), your vedio is very very helpful!
Good to hear! I have a few videos in my playlist to help people who have never dyed before.
Isnt natural dying wonderful? Always surprises. I like your hair!
So pretty!! Thank you for your videos! They are really fun to watch and helpful!

Spaghetti!!
.
This is actually a perfect yellow for me, so THANKYOUTHANKOYUTHANKYOU
Wow! Very pretty. The one time I dyed with pomegranate skins, I got a particularly uninteresting pale beige.
Thank you! It's always worth trying again. (I did have a very large quantity of skins so I'm sure that helped me achieve that bright yellow.)
Little wine flavored jewels. And they make color too. What isn't to love?
I always enjoy these easily understood videos!
Amazing video, super relatable and informative! And I loved the puppy cameo lol. Thank you and your cameraman for all your hard work
Thank you so much! He puts a lot of work into shooting and editing these videos.
Wow! So impressive!

Awesome video. See going to do this one. Love your soldotna top. Was it done in wool?
Thank you! And yes, that’s wool I naturally dyed.
Thought so it's stunning. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
Great video, as always! Did the apron survive?
Yes! Handprints washed right on out.
I’ve just watched all your videos in one go and I’m so inspired!!!! Thank you for such lovely informative videos! X
Yay! Thank you!

@Callum Lian it did the trick and I finally got access to my account again. I'm so happy:D
Thanks so much you saved my ass :D
I have a tree right outside my house and never thought of using it! Do you think it would work well in solar dyeing as well?
It's worth a try! It will take longer and you'll need a few hot days. Good luck!
Loooove this video!

@@MyraMadeColor that's very good to know, thank you!
Which book you have used for natural dyeing? Your videos are really appreciable and informative for us. Thankyou for sharing with us.
I've used "Wild Colour" by Jenny Dean for many years.
Fourteen ouces, you said:)
