Coconut Thick Milk 4 Cups
Coconut Thin Milk 2 Cups
Today, grandma and daughter will show you How to make Eggplant Curry
The eggplant (brinjal) cooked in a thin and thick coconut milk gravy, allowing the eggplant to absorb the spices and produce an easy-to-make but delicious vegetarian / vegan curry. The taste of the eggplant (brinjal) with spices and turmeric go so well together with the creaminess of the coconut milk. This eggplant curry is easily consumed with even a bowl of hot rice.

i was asking a question??? if u can make this with water instead coconut milk,, as it get bad when i am cooking food with milk,, i can not keep it in the fridge for for a few days,, i like your videos and enjoy watching them
