1 tsp chop garlic
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp spicy red chilli powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
chop coriander
1 cube butter
salt to taste

टमाटर स्कीप कर दे खटाई के लिए निंबु रस या सुखी या पीसी अमचुर डाले तब उड़द दाल अच्छी लगेगी दाल बहुत बहुत अच्छी बनी है लंगर वाली दाल भी ऐसे ही बनती है चावल तुअर दाल मुंग दाल या मसुर दाल के साथ अच्छे लगते उड़द दाल के साथ नही उड़द दाल के साथ टिक्कड या खुबा रोटी या बाटी अच्छी लगती है राजस्थान मे इसी दाल के साथ बाटी चुरमा बनाते है तभी टेस्ट आता है दाल सुपर लाजवाब बनी है
