Hi Robert thanks for watching and commenting. Firstly the Hotel and local vercinity were okay. There were some sketchy peeps but no worse than in Vegas or any other place. We walked to the Gold Strike and didnt feel uncomfortable or in any danger. However leaving the Casino and driving around the local area did seem deprived and we saw several random people just tweaking at the side of the road. We only really left the hotel to go to Graceland, Tupelo and Beale Street. Again traveling to those places there seemed to be a lot of run down areas that i wouldnt like to walk around. The hotel itself was clean and Tidy but the rooms were a little dated. our stay was comped so we werent to concerned but i suspect that the Gold Strike rooms may be better looking on their website. But we found the amenities better in Horseshoe with more eateries etc. Again thanks for watching
2 questions. 1) Is this place as crime ridden and sketchy as it seems?? 2) hotel nice.... Would ya recommend?
