And the story behind the adoption could be that Izek was patrolling at night (i don't remember if he patrols in the manhwa) and then he saw 2 kids (Tanjiro and Nezuko) and they were exhausted and scared and so he took them in. You can change it if you want to.
Also can you please not forget to put the scene where Tanjiro found his family dead and Nezuko turned into a demon, and his dream, and Nezuko demon, and Tanjiro demon, but in this au Tanjiro stayed a demon.
Oh, and Tanjiro and Nezuko fight in the entertainment district and wordsmith village arc.
