@@jordirex7711 But you're okay with your kings and queens having nukes, aren't you? Can we even afford or have the actual ability to possess a nuke? Hiroshima and Nagasaki were firebombed. Burned to the ground, not nuked, by the way.

@@bob733333First of all, the facts clearly show that both Hiroshima and Nagasaki were bombed with nuclear bombs developed in the project Manhattan. There's plenty of evidence; photographs, testimonies of victims, your own government, etc.
In my country we don't have near your amount of firearms violence. Considering it's an average EU country, with harsh gun laws.
In your case, stadistically speaking, you clearly have a huge gun violence problem.
The problem spreads to Mexico and the rest of Central America, since a high percentage of cartel weapons come from american civil market smuggling. Thousands of guns are smuggled every day from US to Mexico. While cocaine is paid back.
Switzerland, by the way, has similar numbers in weapons per capita. almost every adult owns at least a weapon, yet their gun violence is much lower than the situation in the US. The difference is mostly education and average quality of life.
Answering to your question. No, I'm not fine with governments having nuclear bombs, but it's definitely better than the prospection of every average john being able to buy any kind of weaponry without no control whatsoever.
