Andrew Silverman Error

You guys have been waiting a month for this error. So it's finally here! Yay! Anyways, this is my error where I'm in it. (Of course all of you guys know I'm Andrew Silverman! I mean who wouldn't?)
The user gets 20 chances and if they are wasted then I give the user Evil Punishment!
