Arjuna is the real hero. According to Mahabharat, whenever karna got chance he couldn't prove himself. If we talk about his jati, In real Mahabharat scriptures which was written by vedvyas, it was clearly mentioned that karna was sutputra because of misconception but sut was not considered as the lower caste because there was a mention of so many suts in vedvyas Mahabharat itself like keechak was one of them who was the senapati of angh rajya and karna father himself was sarthi which was one the reputated job. There is also a mention of sut rajas in vedvyas Mahabharat It was proved that there was no jati scene in it.
If you tried to see the Mahabharat on the basis of Br Chopra serials . It is clearly right that karna was shown very strong,powerful character. But it is not completely correct.So many incidents like Draupadi refused karna for marriage because of his sutputra entity, Draupadi called daryodhan "aandhe ka Putra aandha" was not true .If we read the complete scripture of Mahabharata which was first written by vedvyas. We understand the right history.
We cannot judge it by the today's historians who should write it by their own imagination and own agenda.
