Your Bank. How do you use the Assisted Service Counters?

You said you wanted to learn about our self service options in branch. We asked customer Sue to show us how useful she finds the new Assisted Service Counter, which are now available in selected branches.
It lets her manage a range of banking tasks, from withdrawing and depositing cash and cheques to booking appointments and printing mini-statements.
