If I was a guessing person I'd say your lack of stamina loss when jumping is a server setting. I've got advanced +19% running and advanced +63% endurance and my stamina dropped to around 24 after jumping twice.

pulling items out of their container so they'll auto stack in your inventory doesn't work for everything. I mostly use it for ammo.
