That was a sick undercharge to close out the video. When I saw the Magnezone lead I thought you were dead lost in that game but somehow you turned it around.
I wish I had those matchups, even if they're bad they're not strictly impossible. I had two good games followed by three games facing the likes of Umbreon-Lanturn-Trevenant. One of them involved a Salazzle that didn't even bother shielding Cress, they just knew I didn't have the psychic move
Axn, have any advice for iOS users when being in a situation where waiting a turn is necessary? (On iOS, a visual glitch occurs when you stop tapping; your opponents animations stop as well and you’re unable to tell if they’re attacking or not)
Thanks for the great video AXN! Can you please elaborate on the skarm azu catch? To me it looked like your skatm was mid animation when the azu paused to throw, shouldn’t that mean that you would be locked into the fast attack and unable to switch while the Azu’s charged move executes? Or is that a visual error on my part?
Yes there were moments they could guarantee the move landing, but by playing so erratically I threw them off allowing for an otherwise impossible catch

That variable tap timing into the ice beam catch is probably the best play I've ever seen in this game!

Unfortunately all you can do is hope the game works. Keep tapping up until the very last second to minimize how long you aren't tapping the screen

Cresselia with 161 defense or higher are optimal for the annihilape and altaria matchups, but any cres can work!
