Here trying to understand the levels in PTCGL. I just started at the beginning of June since PTCGO was sunset. I understand the Battle Pass and getting the premium pass is totally worth it. What I'm unsure of is what the number by my avatar is. On my BP I'm at tier 13 but I'm lvl 10. What does that lvl represent?
Actually I think I just figured it out😅 I counted the levels I've climbed on the Ranked ladder and it's 10. But it's marked as the Great League and Houndoom. Might be better if they just change those to numbers or instead of being lvl "10" it should say lvl "Houndoom". Lol
It's a nice rock. Also, there are definitely real money transactions; those being code cards that come from card packs. About how many matches would you need in addtion to your daily quests to get through the pass?
Buying physical packs and getting a digital code isn't the same to me as in app purchases/micro transactions. I am not sure of the exact number of matches in addition to the Pass challenges, but I don't think it is many, especially if you get the pass early
@@jankplaytcg To be sure there isn't an exact number of matches, from today and a new pass, you'd need about 1000 XP a day and 300 is garanteed from each daily quest. That leaves only needing 400, but doing better in a game will provide you with more rewards. I'm just not sure how much more and what the expected win rate should be.
Battle Passes are only around for a short period of time. If you have already completed the Obsidian Flames Battle Pass, you will need to wait for Paradox Rift's Battle Pass to become available. Which I don't think will happen for 5-6 more weeks

Your Profile has its own level, the Battle Pass has its own level, and both of those are different from your rank which are represented by a Pokemon.

I have been getting 1 quest worth 300 and 1 quest worth 500. I haven't seen a day with 2 quests worth 300, but maybe it is possible
I'm lost. It said I completed the battle pass and now I'm stuck. How do I get a new one?

@jankplaytcg ok thanks for explaining! But now it's difficult to get crystals 🙁
