      Dear John, Sambhavi is balancing us at many dimensions of our lives but if you do Bhuta Shuddhi as another practice, you are making the process much more effective and powerful.

    can you tell whats best time to practice bhuta shuddhi and surya kriya

      Namaskaram Harrison,
      Bhuta Shuddhi is to be done before sunrise or after sunset.
      Surya kriya can be done at any time of the day but it is best to do in the morning hours and if you choose other time of the day then it is to be done empty stomach(means atleast 4 hours after the meal, 2.5 hrs after snack or 1.5 hrs after tea, coffee and juices).
      Also it is best to take bath before practice and lit a small oil lamp in your yoga space while doing practices. 🙏

    I am doing vipassana sadhana. can i include isha practices as well?

      Namaskaram Parmar,
      Sorry for the late response.
      Vipassana and Isha practices, both are two different Sadhanas. Vipassana is also a one of the wonderful Sadhanas but needs lot of patience and practice. Sadhguru always says that we must do everything with full involvement and devotion whatever we are doing. If you are practicing Vipassana then do it with full devotion and commitment, it shall help you. But if you also want to do Isha practices along with that then it's never advisable, choose one path and follow it with complete devotion. Though Isha practices are like a tool that makes our work much easier and we see the results fast. Do IE program and go for BSP (Bhava Spandana program) whenever they are available, it shall help you tremendously.

      @@neemaishas yes. I am doing Vipassana with full involvement. But this sadhana not include any physical aspect. I want to include physical aspect as I am physically weak. I saw video of surya shakti and angamardana. So I am very interested in these sadhana. But confused about may I include these along with Vipassana or not. BTW Vipassana is working well for me.

      @@loveparmar1284 yes, Angamardhana and Surya Shakti both are physical practices that benefits physically for sure. They are Hatha practices, helping into empowering physical health. If you are physically weak then start with Surya Shakti and then gradully go for Angamardhana as its very heavy practice. Glad to hear that Vipassana is helping you very well. Keep going 😊🌱
