Whoever did the R&D for this, this is ingenious! Simple and very effective! Using the what I assume is a IR sensor to time the label roll is pretty big brain design move right there!
We use this label dispenser and I can tell you right now that's it's a life saver!! Once you figure out how to adjust the sensor, it extremely easy to use.

Can you tell me how to use the charger ? I cannot adapt it to my wall
I completely don't like it. It's like taking a lift to the first floor. Manual dispenser would be much better and cost close to nothing.
