Can you do this if you can’t swim

I would say yes you could, but you have to be comfortable dunking your head underwater and coming up into the bell.

@@michaelfeng1464No life jacket, but you do have to go into the water to get into the scooter. As you see in the video, you have to duck underwater and come up inside the bell.
