Bit of a drama with that alko wheel lock😂😂😅! Can't wait to see your first trip out in it! Nice that you have already had a picnic in it, even if it was raining!
Hi. Great stuff 🎉 Find the slightly pared back, simple look of the Bailey Discovery range very appealing . And there's nothing quite like a fixed bed at the end of long day ....
Thought I recognised the storage. We also took delivery of a brand new Bailey 2 weeks ago. We also store it at Wandahome and have also got a snagging list. Enjoy your new purchase 😊
Cracking caravan. I do love a new caravan day vlog. Always a few snags, as long as the dealer sorts it no need for drama…Apart from the Alko wheel lock 😅
Always love a new caravan. Aren’t you due one? 😀 the alko wheel lock was a right drama. It was in mild panic mode. Don’t get me started on the saga of the keys….
Congratulations! We're 304 owners and I already know that in 5 years we'll be looking to upgrade and this looks amazing. I'd love to hear what you think of the fixed bed in your new van, that's one thing I hate in the 304 setting the bed up after a wine 😅
I really want to get into caravanning with my partner and our 4yr old. (I doubt my 16 or 20yr olds will come but having the ability to add a big awning is a bonus). I originally thought the 304 might be suitable, then I thought the D4-4 would be better. Now I saw the GT75 440 is basically the same layout so wondered whether you discounted that for any reason. Now I'm thinking the GT75 640 is only slightly longer so maybe that's an even better choice. Decisions decisions. Why did you discount a central washroom with end bedroom layout?
I made exactly the same leap from a 304 to a D4-4 last year. Although I loved my Xplore which is fantastically well equipped for its size, the fixed bed and lovely big shower room in the Discovery were clinchers.
@@welshcat5781 yeah, seems to be a common route, 304 to D4-4. The 304 had a certain charm but some practical drawbacks. Feels like we have more space in the d4-4 overall
Finally getting the new Caravan, not without a bump on the way, but got it! Apologies for beard, needed a trim 😂😂😂
🎅😂
Congratulations, a cracking caravan!
Thankyou! In it now!
What a nice family 🙂 Why isn’t the whole internet like this?
congratulations, it looks very nice. hope you have a joyful first trip out in it very soon.
Away in it now giving it a test run. All good so far
What an exciting day! And a great family van for some awesome new adventures 😀

Well done guys, it looks really nice and no mention of blue🤣🤣 enjoy your trips

Wow guys what a lovely new caravan, it looks so spacious. We can’t wait to follow your adventures. Thank you for sharing 😃👍🏼
Thankyou! Much more spacious, can’t wait to show you how we get on with it 😀
Someone is going to get a well looked after caravan and your getting a lovely van to enjoy
Yea, we are interested to see who gets our old one! Be weird someone being in Dora! But of UA-cam history for them though 😂😂😂 thanks for watching
Loving your new van. So lucky 😊 looking forward to seeing more adventures atb Mike
Thank you! Away in it now giving it a test run 😀
Nothing is hardly ever straightforward is it! But worth it in the end. Love the Bailey. Enjoy!
My stress levels were through the roof. I was imagining having to delay the handover or having to cut it off with a bit saw 😂

We are going for a one nighter soon before we go on a few long trips over the holidays. They will all be vlogged! 😀 thanks for watching as always!
Hi.

Yea, the interior is very "Scandi" and paired back. Though we do plan on adding our own touches to it too! A splash of orange perhaps... :)
Your new caravan looks lovely and your other caravan is immaculate x
Thanks. Yea, we really looked after the older caravan. Will be a great caravan for whoever takes her next. Thanks for watching 😀

We will have to compare notes 😂 we will have to bump into you and say hi!
Can't wait for this!!!!!!!
Thanks! But what could possibly go wrong?
@@heyholetstow hopefully nothing....
おめでとう㊗️🎊🎈🎉
Hi guys your new caravan is looking great. Enjoy yourselves hope you really enjoy it I'm sure you will looks open and airy good luck Di/Paul x
Thanks! It definitely feels more open than the 304. Just landing it up with all our stuff/junk now and adding personal touches 😀

Love the new caravan, we have just got D4-2 2023 pick it up in a week!
Look forward to seeing what ideas and thing you do to make it yours
Wow! Good news! We have some ideas. The new cushions look nice and we have some more decor ideas. Hope you love the new one as much as we love ours.
@@heyholetstow we do love it, we love the new decor and how light and bright it is inside, we also need to pick a name lol
@@scottgibson1708 yeah, we have come to like the blue, though we are adding a touch of HHLT orange to the mix. John, that’s a good name for a caravan

Even harder after 2 wines 😀 will let you know how we get on. Thanks for watching btw
Are you getting the wrap around awning? Double the space
They do look great. However a) they are quite expensive b) I'd imagine a pain to put up around a bend :)
@@heyholetstow fair point
@caravaningincarathevan467 we’d still love one. Maybe we could vlog putting one up for @BaileyofBristol

@@nssimpson we did like the 440 etc but they were just a little too heavy for our tow car. Good deals to be had on them too at the moment
@@heyholetstow I reckon the 640 might be the one. Need to also fork out for a tow car.
@@nssimpson yea, gets expensive 😀
Sorry I didn't make it only my mobile data had run out 😅
Thought someone was missing 😂no problem, real world has to take priority sometimes 😀
Very disappointing that you’ve had to compile a snagging list on a brand-new van. Poor PDI 😗
Even when you buy a new house there’s always a snagging list. Hopefully all sortable.
@@heyholetstow I get what you’re saying. Was your Elddis snag free on delivery?
@@CaravanWithThatYorkshireChap no, that has a shortlist of snags too. Similar ones to be honest.
