Atm, M98B and SRR-61 are tied, the biggest advantage of the M98 is its bullet velocity, while SRR is bullet drop. With the new update to zeroing however, SRR lost its 0-100 m advantage to just about every sniper rifle. However, its still excellent for extreme long range. Dont be fooled kid. Any rifle is beast in the hands of the user.

I could swim in Shanghai, Paracel, or the Naval Strike maps for hours and not see a single fish that reacts to me. Water maps with no good fish a.i. are one of the best and most documented ways to tell whether a developer cares about its game. Hop in to C.O.D Ghosts however, and the fish a.i. is both an innovation for the series as well as a show of effort the dev team put into the game. Just think about it.

Question: why is your range on your scope set to 500 but your range finder was reading in the 600's yet you put the cross hairs directly on their heads and it was still head shorting them? With the over 100 meter difference the bullet would have dropped below their head.

I find it funny that long range sniping in BF4 is max 600m. In BF3 you could quite easily set up for a 2400m shot spawn to spawn on the conquest maps. Pick up your game dice, campers need to be damn near impervious like they used to.
Notice what he's using. It's really not hard with a range finder, and if course knowledge of zeroing in. The srr-61 is the best overall long range sniper, as the muzzle velocity and drop are both good. Just use pld and spawn beacon. You can use spawn beacons to get to special places, like the top of the langcang dam. Problem is, you have to be mobile and know the the hot sniping spots for easy Headshots. Having a friend spotting enemies is massively helpful, as often someone will start trying to snipe you and you won't see them because of how far away you are. Clear maps without trees, dust or other vision obstructing things are the best. Make sure there is cover nearby, and if you need to, use an suav or Mav to kill your sniper enemies. Headglitching can be extremely helpful. Of you can, bring a mechanic with you, so you can paint targets with the pld and they can get easy kills. Try to have no open spaces behind you either. And once you get killed, move. Stupid letter cap. >:-(
