Doctor, your video is eye opening. After angioplasty with 3 stents my doctor asked me to use only Brilinta 90 mg twice a day instead of Clopidogeral. I used Brilinta for 4 years and had no problem whatsoever. Brilinta is nearly 4 times as costly but very effective.
Can i revert back to Brilinta 60 mg twice a day. My heart Ef is 45%, and i am presently on Rusovas gold 20mg and Cancard 5mg (metoprolol 50mg + 5 mg Ramipril). Thanks and God Bless.

Sir am 30 year old in last year April during bronchoscopy (after covid) suffered ventricular tachycardia , doctor treat with electric sock then 2 month amiradron after that concor 2.5 till now , echo showing grade 1 diastolic disfunction , MRI was normal in May 2021 , stress echo negative in May 2021 but sir i feeling pressure and pain randomly in left side , can I live more with such conditions

Sir mere father ke bypass surgery hoke 2 month hua hai. Doctor ne 7 days then 30 days mei test karke dekha hai.। Aur reasult thik hai bola hai. Dr ne xtor 80, metolar xr 25, nikoran 5, Cavix as 75, dytor plus 10 ye medicine khaane ko bola hai. Abhitak koi medicine change nahi hua hai. But abhi 2 days se hum in saare medicine ka generic wala medicine le aaya hoon. Mere father ek medicine generic ka ek branded wala aaj se le rehe hai. Kya koi dikkat hoga?
Better yo take branded medicine atleast for 1 year after surgery

sir, my father had a open heart surgery and bypass in 2010, but recently past 6 months problem have started such as cardiac cough, shortness in breathing . Doctor adviced me to consult AIIMS DELHI, where the operation was done , but due to heavy schedule and lot of patient pressure I think AIIMS Delhi doctor is not paying requied attention.
They have suggest VYOMADA 50 which is very costly for us.
What to do next ? Help
