It's a speaking of band score 6 not more than that because she makes mistake in his cue card , question was only about 1 meal you found unusual but she talk about two food items.
Later in the follow up questions, the last question was how the dinning of restaurants in ur country changed in last 10 years means how food items changed in last decade but she answered about tendency of people's to go to restaurants 😅

Inaccurate use of " the "
She said 'According to my opinion' for more than 20 times
Accurate score 6.5

But cue card was good
She did a lot of grammar mistakes
cue card was spoken in present instead of past 😅
I prefer not to prepare. More for speaking it's down ur band score just be naturall
