"Obviously I'm a God" that line always gets a small chuckle out of me, how quickly he goes to the extreme in his logic. Context wise for myself. I've only watched up until the end of season 5 maybe mid season 6 before I burnt myself out on those binge sessions and I've only seen a few episodes through a few of the older seasons that came after. So I'm going to be watching them with you when we get to that point. On my own first though.

you already finished the series so it's okay to say: omg the first time chuck appear on the show and the title of the episode is "the monster at the end of this book" this age like fine wine when you watch the last season
Bahaha they called chuck a good writer that's a funny joke Also correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this the first time cas went against order thing and helped the Winchesters get free will ¿
Funny lots of references I'm seeing in this like when dean gets hit by van looks similar to mcfly getting hit in back to the future lol or like how he asking if he's kidding him and castiel responds like a terminator saying I am not Kidding you lol. After this one and more seals broken I was getting the impression that they went letting the seals get broken or god told them too cause like cas said its prophecy it was written by a prophet so it has to happen lol
This is like in the dark tower series when Stephen King wrote himself into the novels and the characters come to him for help and he tries to run and freaks out like Chuck does lol. If Chuck god cause he wrote supernatural then Stephen King is god in his novels I guess that's explains all the cameos lol
No Spoilers: Rewatching this episode as someone who is very far into the series almost made me do a spit take on a certain line due to my future knowledge.
the way they call out the fans in this was awesome! Simpatico was an actual poster on Television Without Pity when this aired. My daughter was away at college and had to call home as she watched in real time.. she was so excited because she knew her mom was just like those fans, lol.

Well imagine you're writing a story with completely original characters that you yourself made up, and then one day they ring your doorbell.

I love meta episodes. No one does them like Supernatural.
They managed to put the fanbase into the series. Good job!
“Who is Luke?”
Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.
The first four books of the New Testament. Named after their authors
