That's actually kinda sad, and yeah, we can see that on each DM's tour :/ Wish they'd play more of the old stuff, like U2. It's all the same every time, only Just Can't Get Enough and Everything Counts and a few 80s/90s hit singles plus the tracks from a current album. It's almost as if they cut themselves off from everything done together with Alan.
@@markleaning107 When they produce albums better than Black Celebration, Music for the Masses, Violator and SOFAD then maybe but until then sorry I disagree
It’s a nice kick in fans face who supported you before you filled big stadiums! Guess, stop listening to Depeche after enjoy the silence been released was a wise choice though.
@@vanillacaffelatte Haha, actually I did not but I did not listen to them until 2009 (did not care at all for almost 20 years and did not even know Alan left the band and Dave had drug problems). In the meantime I joined some concerts and bought all published record but Music for the masses is my all time favorite. Sofad is a great album I agree but I still prefer the old stuff before 1990 (not much though compared to the releases since).
His pronunciation of "can't" is hilarious. Ringo Starr also has that affliction. (Brits-living-america-itis)
Ha ha!
;-)
i hear nothing wrong with it
@@dsfadfdag6534 - Fair enough, although i also hear nothing wrong with it either. Theres just something that tickles me.

Always love his laugh 😂

Because no one can play those songs as well as Alan can.
@@DxModel219 Yeah, that's a valid point you have there! Actually, the new arrangements for the older songs are crap, nothing like they used to be...
Because now they sound very bad, try to listen Live Spirits Soundtracks
vanillacaffelatte actually i should say “play” AND “create” those songs. Without Alan it’s just too simple and boring.
@@DxModel219 Yeah, I totally agree with you.
Some Great Reward was epic
silly man
He wasn`t in studio much those days.
I ❤️Dave’s 😂
The best álbum of DM
I can't either!
Why do people moan about there new stuff so much I love it all.
Because compared o the music made when Alan Wilder was a band member its not as good, if not very poor
@@Garylpool1 I totally disagree
@@Garylpool1 the only thing what has suffered is the live sound it's not as crisp and the dreadfull live drums

Last good album was Violator
❤️❤️❤️💕
Glad I can. I, on the other hand, quickly forget the pile of shit they have made after alan left them.
Same.
Alan sucks
@@u1yahen you're literally a blackpink stannie, don't act like you have taste
@@merryniru the ones who listen to Recoil don’t have taste lol
@@u1yahen If it makes you happy i dont like Recoil. Alan and DM was a perfect match but individually, they are no good.
Says it all, really.....
yep, really sad to hear it

You missed out on their greatest album, SOFAD.
