When you're new, look at the tie of what you're picking and taking what's working for them and apply it. You will develop the way your mind works. I tried to copy the best, but they were too fast. I always told my trainees to copy what you're picking the best you can.

Wow great information I really do have to practice on cross tie and staying at the edge of the pallet when I get a case I just put it down and try to not to touch it again especially when I'm on the other side I don't want to walk around the pallet with 80lb of meat or any other cases, the loaders are super old there I really saw pictures from the supervisor phone but I try to not make a bad pallet and none of my orders fell but I do wrap it every now and then if I feel it move. Thanks for this video hopefully I'll stay at the job

Best to work from the inside first (closest to the jack) keeping in mind of your pallet edges. It’s ok to have gaps, just remember to cross tie your layers. Easiest way is to build two at a time back to front. Put weak items in center, and your strong and heavy boxes on the outside. Pick up dividers along the way if you see them, they help balance the pallet weight.

Shouldn't milk bottles be on top and heavy boxes on bottom with lighter boxes on top of heavy box

@BenMark-e8n That's up to who ever is deciding what's in the slot. But milk is it's own section and you only get milk there. But for the most part liquid in bottles are heavier than any boxes and they usually go on bottom. You take it as it comes though. If they designed the warehouse to have heavy milk at the end of the order. You're not going to re stack the whole pallet to put them on bottom. You adapt and figure away to stack 100 lbs on some bread.
