Bruh, the same thing happend to me earlier this year (in May i think) My pc gave me a boot loop, i had this pc for like i think 2 years or something. I suspect the reason for my bootloop/blue screen of death is maybe that my C drive was entirely full and my pc could not handle that, now i had to reinstall windows on a new drive and start all over (also lost my 2 or 3 year Survival/Realm world) RIP Survival Series :')
