Ingredients 8 ounces butter, room temperature (2 sticks) 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar 2 eggs, room temperature 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 cups white chocolate chips 1 cup macadamia nuts, toasted Toast your macadamia nuts in a 325F oven for 13 minutes if you like. Mix your butter and brown sugar. Add your eggs and vanilla and mix. Add your baking powder. I sifted the flour then add in slowly to mixer. Stir in chips and nuts. Put into a greased 8 X 8 pan. Bake @ 350F about 30 minutes Allow to cool to room temperature
