its factorized further because -4 is also known as -2 squared so you can use that property

using a compass or ruler also can

18 rounded to 20 not 19Because 8 is more than 5 so and 1 in the digit at the tens place means add 1 in 1 so it is 2 and 8 turns to 0 so it becomes 20
