This is the exact rig I will be looking for in the future and as a Vet I would love to support another. 3 questions if you dont mind answering. What is the tube on the top for? How much does this rig weigh unloaded? How much weight can this rig support?
Tube thing is a Rod Locker/Tube. According to spec page, it weighs 750ish. I'm able to push it around my yard, but it pulls AWESOME. not bouncy. No clue on weight capacity. It holds 5-6 of my kayaks great
I've seen him ship one to Washington I think. Picking up is easier and cheaper though. Send him a message on website for Facebook. Great guy to deal with
Truck beds are usually 6’ long, kayaks are usually 10’ to 14’ long. Have you ever tried to lift a heavy kayak into the bed of a truck? Hard, unless you are young and strong.
We own 5 kayaks, adding another this year. Strapping down 5 kayaks after kayaking for 7-8 hours aint fun. If I go by myself, alot of times i do just throw it in back of truck.
I really like the quality of these trailers. However I don't need a lot of bells and whistle. Just need something for a single yak, OT 106 MK that I can use the wet launch and reteive. It's to heavy and awkward to wrasel in and out of the truck, getting to old for that😢
I ran a little piece of pool noodle onto my straps to keep them from rubbing into my kayak...great setup and presentation 💪🐟!

Thank you. It was, but worth every penny. Custom built and high quality. Gets used a bunch as well so it is definitely worth it
I don't like how much over hang it has in the back of it.
The beauty is they that they are custom, so u can order them NOT that way 👍🏼
