I'm part of the group where I watch everything you and Tyler post whether it be Disney, makeup, cleaning, everyday vlogs! You guys are the cutest with Gigi and Pinocchio!
Has Tyler ever done a "Disney for dummies/newbies" video? My hubby & I are going to be in Orlando in a few weeks & I've never been & he went as a child.... so basically were newbies. We will only have a day or 2 & wanted opinions on what should be a high priority & just general basic tips (food, lodging, rides etc) would be amazing. I've watched both your channels for many years & trust what y'all have to say on the matter.
There are lots of websites that give some great tips on how to plan your trip to the parks (a quick google search will get you started). I'm a 40 year WDW veteran (I live about 90 minutes away), so I know a lot of things from personal experience. If you plan on staying on Disney property, I highly recommend staying at one of the value resorts, especially Pop Century or one of the hotels near Disney Springs on Hotel Plaza Blvd (they have bus service to the parks as well as they're technically on Disney property - if you're ok staying off property, I know several hotels nearby that are nice that I have personally stayed at and recommend). I also highly recommend downloading the My Disney Experience app onto your phones as you can link your park admission to your accounts so you can make your Fastpass+ reservations and any dining reservations you might want in advance. As far as dining, don't discredit the counter service restaurants, especially at Epcot. When it comes to food, Epcot is the best park for eating. The other parks are hit & miss with their dining options (especially Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom). Attractions is all personal preference depending on if you like thrill rides or not. But I will say... expect high crowds as next month starts spring break season that lasts through about the middle of April. Go in with that expectation and knowing you might not get to do everything you want as a result, you'll be ok.
My son had a little stuffed Mickey and always chewed his nose. He met the real life Mickey at 8 months - and tried to eat his nose. 🥰 He is 7 now and one of my favorite memories from his first trip.
Convince Tyler to do a video on how to become a Disney travel agent and what steps you need to take to be a travel agent. School? License? Pay? Incentives? I’m a single mom of two kids and would love to have a stay at home type job that you can travel with like Tyler’s but never had the resources or information to do so. Love you guys! Oh, did Gigi ever bite Minnie’s nose when she met her?
You should do a “touch up with me” video to show us exactly what you add back to your face to make it last all day or to extend to night. Love your videos!! :-)
I started watching you for makeup but am also a lover of all things Disney. I feel like I am invested in your lives even though we have never met. Thank you, Tyler and Gigi for sharing your life with us 😍
I’m in the group that is seriously invested in both of your lives 😂 I’m missing Disney so badly right now, so both you and Tyler uploading today brought my spirits up a bit 😊 ❤️❤️
Your brows look Amazing in this video. I also wanted to say I'm struggling with kidney failure right now and having a rough time. I'm 31 and a mom of 2 and watching your videos have been giving me such a calm. Thank you to you and your family. ❤️💕
Am I the only one that doesn’t wash a sweater if I’ve only worn it for a few hours? It extends the life of clothes when you don’t wash them as often. I wear my jeans 3 times before I wash them. Tees and tanks are different because your skin(armpits) is directly touching the material all day long. But a sweater or sweatshirt worn over a tee, for only 4 hours-ish? No, I don’t wash that immediately. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS WRONG. And why?
Jeans I wear 3 or 4 times - when they are stretched out I wash them Sweaters I'll wear like a dozen or more times unless I spill something on them. They do last a lot longer if you don't wash them. Like you said, shirts are different because they are touching your skin.
I wear jeans for months before I wash them (unless I spill or something). Sweaters probably a half a dozen times. The only thing I really wash after one wear is socks and underwear! It’s hard on clothes washing them so much!
@@donnahildebrand8065 I WOULD do that with jeans if I bought nice ones, but mine are cheap and stretchy and they get that weird look around the knees and butt after a few wears LOL
MNels I think most people wait to wash things like sweaters and sweatshirts EXCEPT when you're spending time at a theme park. There's something about being surrounded by hundreds of people and touching and sitting on things covered in dirt and germs. So when I go to Disney I wash everything every time lol. :)
Yeah I learned years ago I was wearing out clothes faster by over washing 😂 Jeans I wear at least 3 to 4 times before I wash and sweaters I also don't wash unless I've spilled something on myself or worn them a few times. My undergarments get worn once and washed and t shirts also after every wear. (The summer I may was items more often if I sweat and I will wash items more often during certain times of the month) other wise I rehang them a specific way in the closet give them a shot of fabreeze and keep my clothes lasting longer :)
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Charolette Tilbury Eyes to Mesmerise in "Mona Lisa" its a gorgeous bronze chocolaty color when i want a little deeper eye look. "Jean" a light champagne that i use to highlight my inner corner when wearing "Marie Antoinette" or "Mona lisa"
If people want a cheaper alternative to the cream shadow, get woodwinked by MAC. Such an old school favourite but I find that it has that same dimensionality that you were explaining - I love to pack it on my lid and blend it in the crease to create an easy and beautiful look. It's obviously not a cream shadow but I can't reccomend it enough
I'm part of the group that's totally invested in your lives 😂 you guys are my favorite family to watch on UA-cam. I'm recently married and whenever I watch you guys it just makes me happy see you guys so happy, I hope my marriage continues to be just as happy and fruitful as yours! 💖
Jess, I love your vlogs. Watching you and your husband and beautiful Gigi do stuff at home, play with Pinocchio, clean, cook, work anything really is so fun. You visiting your families or them visiting you. Its just so fun to watch. And seems so real. As in no script you guys read from or anything. Plz don’t stop making them. ❤️
Also, I think I fall into both categories. I don't wear much makeup, but I like watching you to see what products make an effortless, fuss free look in the event I wanna wear it (and I just like hearing your conversations), AND I love keeping up with your sweet family life!
I use waterproof mascara everyday but use a balm to take it off and ive never had a problem. I just find its the only thing that holds a curl on my straight lashes
I am definitely invested in both of your channels-been watching Tyler since he started! You are the same ages as my kids and I think I see more of you than I do of them! Love you both and Gigi and Pinocchio too xx
I agree that BB or CC creams are the way to go at the parks!! We're DVC members, and we love having a w/d in our room. We can pack so much lighter, even with kids! I use a hard, plastic soap case (get it from the travel size section at Walmart) to store a couple of laundry pods in my luggage without fear of leakage.
My family and I took our first trip to Disney last month and Tyler planned the whole thing for us. He was amazing! I found him through your channel and am so glad that we had his help and guidance as it is SOOOO overwhelming. Keep doing what you're doing guys! Blessings and success to you both :)
🙋🏽♀️🙋🏽♀️🙋🏽♀️ I have oily skin and live in Orlando and when I’m at Disney I wear a loose powder foundation but to get rid of the powder on peach fuzz issue all I do is use a velour puff to press in the setting spray. It kind of melts the powder into the skin and looks more natural
Omg I am so glad I’m not the only one who loves clean with me channels, it just makes me feel motivated to clean my own house when I just can’t be bothered 😂 I hope you guys have had an amazing time at Disney! One day I will get over there and see the magic (it’s a long trip from Australia) x
LOVE cream eye shadows, they are soooo easy and stay where I want them. Can you do a video with your review of cream shadows? Please please please! Have fun at Disney!!
I’m definitely in the INVESTED camp 😂 I have been watching both your channels all day and then you have both uploaded new videos 🙌🏻 This came at the perfect time and was the perfect length for me to watch while doing my evening routine. ♥️ I hope you have the best time at Disney!
I have to say I am part of the second group. I've been watching you for years and watch vlogs that Tyler posts, usually in a binge watch over a weekend, and have never commented. I watched vlog-mas every day this year. I lost my dad this Christmas, and have to tell you that watching you guys at night helped remind me, that although my world was crumbling from beneath me, there was still good and fun in the world around me to see. You both would make me smile, laugh and feel like I had some friends along the way when my heart was breaking. So I think you for that! ❤️. I hope you have a great time at Disney!!
Ugh! The prettiest and sweetest person on the planet. Love you!!! So excited to hopefully be heading to Disney in May and I just BINGE watch all of your travel videos and vlogs EVERYTIME before I go. So thank you! Biggest fan from Wisconsin xoxoxo ♥️♥️♥️💕
I use waterproof mascara almost every day and rarely use regular mascara (never know when you’re gonna have a good cry). And my natural lashes are fine. The key is what remover you use, preferably something gentle and I always double cleanse.
You and Tyler are actually my faves on UA-cam right now. I love your personalities, you’re just such real people and your content it’s always fun (also all the Disney content makes me want to go to Disney even more. I’m turning 21 in August and I’ve never been 😭)
Jessica!! Try using baby shampoo to take off waterproof or regular mascara!! Removes all traces of mascara while being gentle on the lashes and the 'no more tears' aspect does not irritate the eyes if you were to get some in your eye. It has been a miracle worker and is such an underrated makeup hack!!
I loved this video! Would you consider turning this into a series? I think it would be so cool to see a GRWM in the different places you guys travel to!
honestly for people who are worried about powder showing texture in the sun just make sure to really go in with setting spray and melt all the powder into your skin and use a hand held fan to get your face to dry quickly and evenly
I bought the CT cream eye shadow on your recommendation, love it so much I bought it as gifts for my sisters. I got the same color you have, but I also bought the green to use for special nights out. It's pretty too. The light one (Jean I think) was too light for me. Really.... I think the one you have is the prettiest. I wish she would come out with more colors.
I can't believe how dimensional the CT shadow is...just like you said! Seriously blown away and considering a purchase :) Do you think that shade would flatter blue eyes?
I was originally just watching your videos, but your vlogmas sucked me into Tyler's channel. You two are such great personalities. Love watching you both.
Love your videos, but it’s funny because I found your videos through Tyler! I watched your Paris vlog on Tyler’s channel first, and then I found out that you had your own channel. So I feel like I’m an OG tylertravelstv fan 😂 shoutout to Tyler! Haha
I’m definitely one of those people who love your vlogs as well. Tyler and you have similar personalities to me (I feel anyway) and enjoy seeing what your guys get up to and how Gigi is doing.
I'm invested lol! I love watching your vlogs - more than your makeup now (okay, maybe split equally)! I started watching your videos 4 or 5 years ago when you were just a wee channel. I think the first video I watched was a Dollar Tree makeup video. Can't believe how much you've grown as an individual (from what I can see here on UA-cam) in your personal and work life. I think you and Tyler are lovely people and like getting the opportunity to glance into your lives. I'd like to think we'd be friend IRL too as we have a lot in common. Maybe one day I'll get the pleasure of bumping into you at Disney. We go in June and August for about 2 weeks at a time, so maybe one year our paths will cross! :)
Went to dinner the other night and it happened to be Disney trivia night - my table failed miserably but I did get one question correct: How many eggs does Gaston eat every morning? 🥚 (no googling!)
Jen TD Yes! 5 dozen 🥚 “When I was a lad I ate four dozen eggs Every morning to help me get large And now that I'm grown I eat five dozen eggs So I'm roughly the size of a barge”
Love this!! Thanks for interrupting your vacation to share this with us!! I also always bring a washcloth with me(actually 2) one for applying my makeup and wiping off my brushes, the other for washing my face(one of the makeup removing microfiber kind). I also bring a turbie twist for my long obnoxious hair!! I started doing it because I color my hair and didn’t want to ruin the hotel towels with my fairly fresh color!!
I agree on battling the heat and humidity when it comes to makeup. I’m going to WDW in April and I’ve been looking around for a good bb cream or tinted moisturizer to use in place of foundation.
Totally in the camp that's invested in both your channels and lives. I'm actually one of the people that started writing for Tyler's blog! I'm going to Disney in 17 days so I'm loving the Disney content to help me make it the next few weeks until I'm there!
I’m part of the invested in your life group. 😂 I started watching for your makeup videos. And now, while I obviously still watch the makeup videos, I live for vlogs and mommy content!
Jessica, I can’t thank you enough for recommending the Missha BB cream!! It has been my HG for the last year and I have never found anything that made my skin look so nice! Hope you’re having fun in Disney! ❤️
MNels I’ve bought it from Amazon and the Missha website and honestly didn’t notice a difference except for the packaging. I’ll probably keep getting it from Missha’s site though because I’ve heard the same thing...
Loved this!! Funny story, I first followed you for makeup and then found Tyler for a vlog and y’all were together. So I’m a team Jessica all the time. Makeup, decluttering, family, cleaning, and packing...ALL videos! 😘😘
I was JUST thinking about what makeup I should pack for my Disney trip coming up in March! I went on your amazon faves and purchased the Misha BB cream. I feel like we’re probably the same shade! Can’t wait to test it out in the most magical place on earth!
Finally getting to watch this video! I love how long your videos are and never want to miss a second so I have to find the time to fully be able to watch 🤗🤗 I just love you Jess!
My mom ran hotels the majority of my life and I can remember her giving a lecture to the housekeeping department of a new property she was opening. She said how “guests are there for either business or leisure. The business guests are there to do a job. The leisure guests job is to enjoy themselves. You, as a housekeeper, your job is to clean their room. If they ask you to come back, you come back later. If that means your shift goes a little later than you’d like that day, well that is your job and sometimes we all have longer days than we would like.” At least that’s the gist. I feel like hers wasn’t so harsh. Either way, never be sorry you’re in the room when they come, especially now that you have a child who needs naps. Enjoy Disney!
I have a couple of the Charlotte Tilbury Eyes to Mesmerize, and next on my list is Marie Antoinette! As for a shade recommendation - Bette! It's a bronzy gold and it's so pretty :)
I'm so loving all of the cream product options! Maybe a video of the best of the best of your fav cream products?😍 I love how you talk to yourself "Jessica stop". I just love watching your videos!
Jessica, you should watch Pocketful of Primary. She’s a fourth grade teacher and she is so fun to watch. I’ve been binge watching her videos for a few days now.
I actually purchased the cover girl eyebrow pencil on your recommendation and absolutely love it. The consistency is good the color is great. And it’s so inexpensive. I could never thank you enough
I don’t know where you stay when you visit Disney, but you might want to check out Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Orange Lake Resort next time. When you check in, they do ask you if you want to check out their timeshare program, but you don’t have to of course. But anyway, as a native Floridian, going to Orlando is a common occurrence and I was really impressed with the accommodations. The resort itself has so much to do without actually having to go to the parks at all. We’ve really liked Lake Buena Vista Resort & Spa in the past, but this other resort has so much more to do.
Ordered eyes to mesmerize in Marie antionette and veruschka thanks to this video! Cannot wait to get them, but veruschka also looks like a cool tone, it’s darker and I think has olive undertones!
I love you guys! I watch you and tylers channel. I love mostly to watch your guys lifes on vlogs! Im so glad you started doing that more. I hope one day i can meet you guys at disney someday!
Hey girl! Thank you for what you do. I love watching your videos because it feels like hanging with a friend. We just found out our 5 y/o pup has stage 5 cancer with not a lot of time left and are just so heartbroken. It’s nice to be able to relax with a friend while my husbands working night shift.
My mascara always ended up under my eyes - even when using waterproof mascara. I started coating my finished lashes with clear grow gel. Haven't had a problem since.
Good lord girl, I watch every one of all your and Tyler's vid's! I can't pick one one over the other because you guys have a variety of everything and that's why I love watching you both. ❤❤❤❤

Bette in the CT cream eyeshadow is my current fav. It’s an amber gold color. I like that it isn’t too frosted. Now I want Marie Antoinette.
Your baby is so adorable!! I think it's cool that you have the means to travel with her and work at home with her .I wish more parents had that option
Will you ever go Disneyland in Anaheim!!? I hope Tyler makes video about how to plan a trip to Disney world!
Yes we’ve been! I think we have vlogs from about a year ago (ahem, about 9 months before Gigi was born) in Disneyland CA :)
So I guess nearly 2 years ago!

The Missha plays well with NYX foundation mixers and the Wet N Wild liquid photo focus foundation if anyone doesn’t fit the few shades Missha has.

5 dozen
Jen TD Yes! 5 dozen 🥚
“When I was a lad I ate four dozen eggs
Every morning to help me get large
And now that I'm grown I eat five dozen eggs
So I'm roughly the size of a barge”
I’m definitely in the group that’s invested! I watch it all y’all make my day!
Jess you should do more of these impromptu sit downs at home! I liked the laid back feel of this! Have fun in Disney
I agree on battling the heat and humidity when it comes to makeup. I’m going to WDW in April and I’ve been looking around for a good bb cream or tinted moisturizer to use in place of foundation.
This was so fun! I love when videos aren't as edited. It feels like hanging out with a friend. 😁💜💙💚
Totally in the camp that's invested in both your channels and lives. I'm actually one of the people that started writing for Tyler's blog! I'm going to Disney in 17 days so I'm loving the Disney content to help me make it the next few weeks until I'm there!
I'm definitely in the camp that watches both channels and everything you both put out. So much fun! Love you both and your little princess.
Totally invested!! I love watching both of your channels. You two are so relatable ❤️
We are going to Disney in 96 days and cannot wait!! Loved the tutorial ❤️
Never have I seen someone do their brows so effortlessly.. I’m absolutely mesmerized 😍
I’m part of the invested in your life group. 😂 I started watching for your makeup videos. And now, while I obviously still watch the makeup videos, I live for vlogs and mommy content!
You and Tyler should make a “Disney hacks” video of all the cool tips and tricks you guys have collected over the years to optimize your trip!
I’d recommend Veruschka as your next Charlotte Tilbury shade to try. It’s a stunning green with a lot of dimension!
Wow, you’re right, that eyeshadow is very multidimensional! Beautiful look as always and great tips! 💕
Jessica, I can’t thank you enough for recommending the Missha BB cream!! It has been my HG for the last year and I have never found anything that made my skin look so nice! Hope you’re having fun in Disney! ❤️
Where do you buy it? Amazon reviews say it’s a fake.
Wondering if maybelline bad to the bronze is similar to the CT cream shadow?
I was JUST thinking about what makeup I should pack for my Disney trip coming up in March! I went on your amazon faves and purchased the Misha BB cream. I feel like we’re probably the same shade! Can’t wait to test it out in the most magical place on earth!
Started watching your channel first. Then got into watching Tyler's travel vlogs and fell in love with you both.
Wet cold and rainy here... a pool morning sounds great! Glad y’all are having fun!
I found your channel as a new mom searching for baby tips, now I’m completely invested in your lives! More Gigi videos please!!
Finally getting to watch this video! I love how long your videos are and never want to miss a second so I have to find the time to fully be able to watch 🤗🤗 I just love you Jess!
Definitely a part of the "totally invested and knows everything about y'all" group! Love your videos and Tyler's travel vlogs!
FYI, a possible dupe for that Charlotte Tilbury cream shadow is the L'Oreal Infallible one in Bronzed Taupe.
Love the vlogs!! I’m so glad you guys are doing them for the day to day too.
I need a Disney for Beginners or Newbies type video from you and Tyler!
I have the CT shadow in Mona Lisa. Gorgeous. Try it! I’m tempted to try Marie Antoinette. I love those Taupey gold colors
Im half and half, I love your makeup videos but I also enjoy your cooking, organizing, etc. Vlogs. This was an amazing video 😍😍
I love the CT Eyes to Mesmerize in Bette as a one and done look. Was the only eye color I brought on vacation
I'm definitely part of the group that got very hooked and is now invested in seeing your lives 😅😅😅
50’s Prime Time Diner is our favorite place to eat at Hollywood Studios
I love you guys! I watch you and tylers channel. I love mostly to watch your guys lifes on vlogs! Im so glad you started doing that more. I hope one day i can meet you guys at disney someday!
I have to use waterproof mascara only because of my watery eyes. I use the clinique cleansing balm. It melts right off.
Happy to be a part of the crew that is invested in your life :)
The only two CT Eyes to Mesmerize I own are Marie Antoinette and Jean. I agree they are amazing! You would love Jean! 💕
I’m TOTALLY in the group that’s invested in your lives 🤣👌🏼 You Guys are awesome!!
Good lord girl, I watch every one of all your and Tyler's vid's! I can't pick one one over the other because you guys have a variety of everything and that's why I love watching you both. ❤❤❤❤
