I suggest you watch Piratesoftware's video on banwaves. No one is getting banned atm, but it might come in one huge push. But let's be real, they can't even put out a patch without breaking an ability far worse than any cheat could do (sig's ult can now kill you if it's cast on the bridge above you) so it's not happenin.

Damn, those are the kind of cheats that would be insane for someone who’s already good at the game. Monkey no jump, Ana no sleep, you even know when a huge ult combo is coming. You can play more defensive and you can play more aggressive if you know they can stop you. I feel like this would be a lot harder to detect than aim and wall hacks as well. I wonder how many players actually use this.

tbf high ranked players know when your cooldowns are about to come back up innately, so this isn't really that useful of a hack imo. Cheaters have no idea how to use that to their advantage, as they are lacking brain cells in the first place.

That's nothing, the ones I was watching a hackerhunter video on actually will auto-cast defense abilities AND auto-strafe you if you're in someone's crosshairs. Which is hilarious.... because if you know or suspect someone using that, you can actually force/lead the cheater right into melee of your rein tank just by hovering over them correctly.
You should see some of league of legends cheats. You can increase your movement speed, buff your damage, know where everyone is on the map and know exactly what items they have how much money and abilities tracker
