Asahi Photoproducts APR ASF liquid inline plate making

The ASF liquid processor is the largest APR plate processing line with a max. format capability up to 120 x 160 cm (48 x 62"). Plate thickness can be up to 7 mm. (276 thou). Liquid plate making technology has the advantage to make use of the recycled polymer which is not used during the plate making process.
Asahi Kasei/ Asahi Photoproducts is the inventor of liquid photopolymer plate making technology for flexography in 1971.
