    I was very surprised by how much i learned in this video. Especially when you mentioned following up. I learned that when you block into an empty space, you should follow up into an attacking position to where you hit, which is reallyy reallyy helpful. Thank you very muchh 🙏🏽

    indeed,this session is priceless and very very useful for me.. also i have a question for u is; when i lift the shuttle straight and coming back to a good posture to defend the smash, suddenly opponent makes a deceptive drop shot and i get caught on this. how can i overcome this situation coach?

    Figure of 8 - 100x ...I do the wrong forehand led backhand grip a lot.. :-P Need to try that exercise & imagine the blocking wall fixed ahead of me instead of random spots around me.

    Yes I do that motion all time on defend, my raket arm always going forward first before the impact with the bird😂
    Just realized this way is wrong motion for defend, and I see that's why I can't generate more power🙏🙏🙏
