yes! I am no different. As I move ahead with new/different tech I also forget the old ones. For this I tried lots of things but it did not work out for me so recently I came up with solution I create a private repo and create a sample project with whatever I have learnt and for the most part I write detailed comment and keep it or if there is any tips & trick I comment it and keep it. This helps me to easily remember back most of the things.

Is react madnetory for creating full stack application or we can only use django . For simplicity I use django for creating backend of my application and html css js for front-end. So i still don't get the importance of react . Should a django developer know it ?
If you want to be just backend developer, only knowing Django, DRF and basics of HTML, CSS, JS are enough. To become full stack developer you need to learn any frontend JS framework (react js, vuejs, angular, etc). We learn JS framework because we can add interactive easily and make the code modular and follow DRY.

Salary range in India is low as compared to the other counties but even if I give you the salary range it is totally on you as how you negotiate and get a better salary range. For 4-5 Years of experience you can averagely expect 15-20LPA.

I would suggest you to start applying for jobs and learn simultaneously. When you land a job, you will grow more there. And important note: No one is job description perfect, so if you know most of the skills from the job description, apply for it.
For that you can integrate Google translation API. But I think this is not needed (I can be wrong also, or your application needs might require translation), because if user wanted the data in some other language then he would have entered the data in that language.
This totally depends on how you are persuing as developer. let's say that you don't have job in the industry but you are doing freelancing and have keen interest in growing then you will able to grow without a doubt, otherwise it is difficult. But there are cases where developers work in job in the industry under very good guidance but they are unable to become expert becuase they don't have interest in growing. So in the end I would say that it is on you and your hunger which will decide your advancement.

Bhai mujhe ye channel ke sare videos ko Hindi m bana ke dalna h but job ke sath sab kuch manage karna toda difficult ho raha hai… but soon hindi m bhi video launga for sure
Ye baat to h, and abhi ke market m jo openings h vo bhi bhaut difficult h to get. Baad baki tumhare pe h ki kya learn karna chahiye, because koi bhi language/framework learn karte ho because of some reason/purpose (Django bhi). If other language/framework agar vo reason/purpose m fit hota h to why not learn that also.

ReatJs is common and has lots of openings. You can definitely learn it and also use it along with Django.
