This video was shot on the last day of the 10-day Vipassana meditation course that teaches you a meditation technique taught by the great Gautama Buddha and passed on to our generation by the Late Shri.S.N.Goenka who lives through the audio and video discourses.
Vipassana is much more than just a technique. It is a way of life. An experience that stays with you forever. I am going to soon add a link to my blog post that will describe the experience in detail.

Well i'll like it but its getting hard to communicate with the school in Yelm, Washington, nobody ever answer so... and thats the closes one for me! i really don't know how to get it, i already went there, and they don't let u walk in, everything is close, i don't know whats going on!

It's close from railway station like 1 and half km or more less too ,you can get auto easily
Beautiful...the place looks so serene.....however the individual cell thing scares me, is it compulsory to do that in the ten day course?
Sorry I just saw this comment. It's optional. But I would say you should experience it. It was the best part for me. And only in Igatpuri they let you experience it for first timers

At dhamma giri 10 day courses are there,In tapovan 1 there are 15 days and 20 days courses and at tapovan 2 long day courses like 30 days,45 days and 60 days

Thanks for your reply. Also let me know whether we get same results at all Vipassana centres. Igatpuri or Aurangabad.
Abdul Hameed Yes it will reduce your sleeping hours but don't go there with this intention otherwise your whole focus will be on this thing, go there with the purpose to purify the mind. Also it doesn't matter which center you choose for retreat, how much efforts you put in the right direction will be counted. After coming back home you will have to carry on with the practice. Metta.
