The only way to get an aggressive start is to hold one of the shift paddles while starting the vehicle. It’s called the emotional start function. As a fellow BMW guy, it actually took me a while to warm up to this car. I’ve had it since August of 23 and it’s recently grown on me. Of course my wife hates the looks of it but you can’t please everyone.
I don't think combustion engines are going anywhere. The Europeans keep second guessing their decision to stop because there's just too much demand and their economy can't take such a drastic change. The Asians are more realistic, make both and let the customer decide.

I agree. However, they save their most aggressive set ups for their sports cars like the AMG GT
