you are awesome I found your videos at a very low place in my life and got hooked it saved my life thank you for being you ive been watching for years now and still think you are awesome lol
Scotty/Allen Day As a former Hawaiian resident, I know the islands are so different from each other that he’d have to stay for at least a month to do them justice ! It’ll be a very expensive trip, regardless!
The 787 is such a great aircraft. AA uses them for domestic flights during times when long haul international travel is demand is lower. They will rotate them back to international flights in a couple weeks. When I lived in Japan both ANA and JAL uses wide bodies for domestic travel all year round. The demand is always there. I always scheduled my flights around the 787. I flew on them from Tokyo to Fukuoka and Osaka. When flying into Osaka I made sure to fly into Kansai International Airport. I grew up watching the documentaries on them building that airport on the manmade island and now it's sinking at a faster rate than expected!
Adam, I used to work at Flying Tigers back in the 80s, which was an air cargo airline. They were bought out by Fed X. I worked on the ramp, in the planes and inside the terminal. It was quite a fascinating job to say the least. Like you mentioned the size of the planes and such technology to get those babies up in the air, is quite amazing. I miss working at the airport at an airline.
HEY ATW... TODAY'S EPISODE IS THE REASON WHY I LOVE YOUR flying experience vlogs. I have never seen a traveling space on an air flight like the one you were seated in! I don't know how much more the ticket was, but it looked like it had to be totally worth it! It was incredible! I keep praying you will be air traveling and see a UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) out the window and get some film! Please, ride TRON. It looks so intense!
For some reason ATWs airline videos are fascinating. Nice to see Adam get a first class seat, to me food still is lacking for "first class". Adam embodies so many admiral traits, joy, contentment and wonder. I think his perception and outlook on life keeps him in a positive mindset. Yea Adam is going to Disney to ride the new TRON, oh yea
The dreamliner is a nice aircraft to fly and ride in. I've flown an Airbus a319 for a couple of years now but have been training on the dreamliner for just a couple of weeks now. I'm hoping to fly one full time going forward. Great video as always Adam.
My favorite way to start the work week. Watching Adam the woo first thing in the morning. Another fantastic video Adam. Have a great week. The post is over.
I've flown to England 13 times coach. The worst, most uncomfortable flights for such a long time I have ever had (except for 1 Virgin flight where I had the entire 5 seat middle section to myself and slept across those 5 seats!). I flew United "Quantum class" to Beijing China in 2018. That was the best ever flight I ever had! It laid down perfectly flat, like your seat. I was able to sleep on that complete day flight. This flight had the most amazing "dessert" service of high end gourmet desserts. They placed the 3 tier dessert tray right in front of me where you were allowed to get up and take anything the entire flight. It was amazing! Yes, if you take a longer flight, the perks do get better! And the leg room, being comfortable is worth it!
Glad you made it home safe. Thank you for all of the sites, sounds, history, fun and laughs while on your trip. Good to see your sister and Ryan again. Going to miss Captain Philly. He was hilarious and full of all kinds of information. Krazy Joe too. It's great to see places that I will never be able to see through your lens. Waiting for the next vlog and your next trip. Hoping to see your mom and dad in a vlog soon. Thanks for letting us "tag" along.
I wasn't into Philadelphia that much, but because of your videos of There, I love it now; you happened to make a difference in someone's opinion about Philadelphia.
Out of all the vloggers you are my favorite by far...love to meet you someday when I come to Disney, your videos are so interesting, and you are just so "real" great job as always!!!😃😃😃
The dreamiliner is nice. Quieter and it pressurizes to a lower altitude so more comfortable but I don’t like those window shades. I would prefer a total blackout in overseas trips
Welcome to the world of business class. The boeing 787 dreamliner was tbe first in the newest class of wide body aircraft that uses composite materials in construction. This makes them extremely efficient for long haul flights (12-15) hours. Hope you emjoys the flight in this plane.
Being a resident of PA, I fly out of BWI in Maryland. Closer and prefer that airport. I can’t say your time here was thrilling for me to watch crappy Philly. Need to cut back on those snacks on the planes. Can’t wait to see what is next. Something more exciting then PA.
@Barb Snyder- Well aren’t you just a little ray of sunshine...PA is one of the best states in the country 🔔🇺🇸....I hear property is really cheap in Maryland if you’re that unhappy here 👋🏼
I'm surprised they use a wide body aircraft on a relatively short flight. I thought they usually use those aircrafts on longer international flights? I guess because Orlando is a high demand route is the reason why they're using a wide body. You're very lucky you got to experience it! I never been on a 787 (or any wide body aircraft) they're so cool!
Back in the day, it was not uncommon at all - Delta Airlines flew the L-1011 all over the US on domestic routes - I actually miss that, more room and comfort even on short flights.
Those big boxes they took off the planes used to be called LD2’s or LD3’s, depending what size the plane is. They’re typically for air freight. I worked for airfreight companies and logistics back in the late 80s.
I once flew from Philly to Los Angeles with stops in Pittsburgh and Las Vegas. Most of the passengers got off in Vegas so I got to sit wherever I wanted for the short 1 hour and 15 minute trip to LA.
Hi Adam, just wanted to say how much I enjoy your adventures. You're a modern Mark Twain. I follow alot of vloggers, from JustinScarred, SuperEnthused, Magic Journey's, Bricky to the crew from Allears. I watch yours first to start my day. Thanks for sharing your travels. 🙂
Loved your suprise at the seat , it’s a Boeing Dreamliner so technically a long haul heavy use plane so that’s the kind of 1st class seat you’d expect I wonder if the plane was on a short flight to Orlando and then a long haul onwards 🤷🏼♂️👍🏻🍻
I'm a A320 Captain for American Airlines. I'm surprised you didn't get a meal. But the snacks are very good. I get the leftovers, if there are any after service! I fly that route, sometimes in the A321. I bid Orlando overnights to go to WDW, while getting paid!
@@TheDailyWoo You may remember me from when we met at the Carolwood Society's 20th Anniversary of Walt's Barn, I invited David, Liz and Ian and you sat at my table with them. I love that the train is back in service. A fellow Carolwood Member is an Engineer on the Trains. Ask to meet Cast Member Joseph Criscuolo, next time you ride the Trains. He is a Great Guy!
Your seat space on the plane was nice. ✈🌴 Things to do when you have a comfortable seat on the airline: cross your legs, stretch your legs, flip your hat 😀
Driving in NJ can drive you crazy! It's also hard to go N-S except for 95. The traffic out in the middle of nowhere on N-S country roads can be insane in the W and NW part of the state.
Great travel video! The full can of soda originated with Piedmont Airlines the best airline ever! The slowness at PHL was a 3 day weekend due to Presidents Day. Glad to see you made it home safely after Camden & Kensington!! I hope that limo wasn't waiting for Burt Reynolds-it's going to be a long wait, lol!
Welcome home buddy. I’m up in Michigan filming for my channel now. See you in a week. Enjoy staying home and relaxing a bit. Glad your home safe my friend. ❤
Lol, love your flight days, I've flown on dream liner, those windows are fantastic, messed around with mine so much had to stop myself lol, your seat was brilliant pop out tv, loads of space and shovelling the best crisps (chips) kettle ones, and pop, Thankyou made my night watching you, haven't been on a flight in a while, but I'm going on one shortly, after watching you I'm looking forward to it, pleased you made it home safe, great to go away, but even nicer to come home Adam 😊

American has some domestics out of there... but if you score a gate assignment in A East or A West midday it's usually a great place to go through TSA (no line) and it's pretty quiet and empty. It's the most spacious of the terminal in PHL just because that's where the widebodies come, but when it's not busy, it's great. Downside is some of the dining and shopping isn't always open at that time.
omg that flight was definitely awesome and a game changer for me! flying gives me anxiety every time I come to Disney I will need to try that out someday 🤔 Thanks for the info Adam! and once again, love the Burt Reynolds line 🤣🤣 You and my husband must watch all the same movies 😂
Good Morning Adam! Glad to see you are back home and safe in sunny Florida. Sorry to see you had a disappointing visit to A.C. If you ever decide to come back to the southern NJ area check out the more family friendly shore towns of Ocean City and Cape May, not to mention the Cape May Lighthouse, and the beautiful Cape May Zoo. You might also want to take a trip down to Greenwich, one of the oldest villages in southern NJ, where in 1774 the residents took their cues from the folks in Boston and staged the "Greenwich Tea Party". There is also the Army Airfield and Museum in Millville and the unique "Palace of Depression" in neighboring Vineland.
I was just disappointed he completely skipped any and all attractions that actually were open in AC, like the giant Lucky Snake Arcade, and the go-kart track inside Showboat. Didn't show the construction of the HUMONGOUS indoor water park they're constructing between Showboat and Ocean Casino. I feel like he just did a hit on my hometown without doing any research before coming. AC is doing a lot to improve lately, Adam focused on ghosts of the past too heavily.
@@JerseyEmpireGroup I agree that it's important to research a place before visiting. It's too bad Adam did not visit the famous White House sub shop on Arctic Avenue in A.C. He would have had a fantastic cheesesteak from there!
Love these travel vlogs and how cool was the plane seat. Glad your home safe Adam, nice to now catch up with friends and family before your next jaunt. 👍
Glad you had a good time on your trip and in my neck of the woods (Pacific Northwest). My unrequested travel tip: If you ask for the can of soda when the attendant comes around, they will give it to you if they have enough. I always ask and have never been denied the can. Glad that you had a good time here in Philly. Once you get home, you will have to work off all the cheesesteaks you ate. Far more than I usually eat in a week lol. Next time you are in town, hopefully we can get to meet up. Glad you made it home safe and sound.
I went from watching Adam sleeping in a van to Adam laying back first class in an airplane. Big thumbs up👍
No matter how many years I have flown through clouds, I still find it amazing each time I do it!
I had back surgery last week, and your videos were the highlight of my day while I was in hospital. Thank you for what you do.

I'm flying one from DFW to HND in May. Can't wait!
Probably enough passengers on a route like that to justify the cost as they are cheaping out by not serving meals to even first class.
Check out @Adam Hattan for his travel day vlogs on Virgin airlines. He has some great ones leaving from the UK to Orlando and California.

They need to move the aircraft to those busy long routes between cities & sometimes you get to fly them as a bonus as they are flown to those places
