Ingredients
Brinjal cut into small pieces -2 cup
Grated coconut - 2 cup
greenchilli - 5to 6 or according to your spice level
Garlic - 1 big clove . if small take 3 cloves
Onion - a small or half of big one
Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
dried chilli- 2
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp ( optional )
turmeric powder - less than 1/2 tsp
salt and curry leaves
you can add pepper powder if you want
