In middle school for a few years, during assembly once a year they would bring in those BMX guys to put on a show in our gym doing all of those crazy spin moves. It was such a hit for everyone. Even the teachers loved it.
I agree with you. Bodybuilding is one of the hardest sports to do. The diet requirements alone is a lot t get used to, having to have a protein meal every 3 hours. But it’s all worth the hard work and time in the end.
I think dave is right, there's a difference between pretty muscle and working muscle 💪. I used to work on oil rigs and alot of these guys look pretty normal but if you shake THIER hand and it feels like a vice 🗜️.
Yep, that said, bodybuilder are crazy strong too. But their muscles are not focused on strength, or endurance. So overall, their muscles are not as efficient when it comes to specific tasks. But that doesn't mean they are not strong, they work out a ton and are still athletes. Everyone in bodybuilding uses roids (unless it's natural), that just means they need to compete against other people with roids and still need to work just as hard as everyone else.
Yes I agree, I saw one arm wrestling championship video on youtube, one was extremely big and heavy, and you could clearly tell that he was a roided guy, and the other looked like he had a natural body but looked strong and he was twice smaller in size. Guess what bigger guy with roid lost easily and boy was he furious after that lol. The guy who does physical work for a living will have more core strength than the guy who builds muscle to show.
So about the guy with big muslces, thats chris bumstead current mr olyumpia and even muscles like that can be very functional, he has videos where he does some sports and he manages, yes theyre on steroids but that dosnt make them any less functional if, theres some really big athletic people.. their cardio usually sucks though because theyre so big and have so much weight to them and their heart rate is natrually higher in a resting state because they need more blood flow to their muscles than a regular person. It is for competition but if theyre athletic people prior to becoming that big they'll still be athletic even once they get to that size, and it helps them a lot with strength and if they stretch mobility too. If you look at jujimufu for example, hes a massive guy and hes done stuff like ninja warrior, can do the splits, ran obstacles.. etc etc. Devan larrat has beat the worlds strongest men like hafthor and brian shaw in arm wrestling, but thats not a matter of raw strength a lot of it has to do with technique.
7:00 Totally depends on the bodybuilder, and how much time they spend on stretching and range of motion. There are people built like this who can do a slam dunk, and do gymnastics. There are also people this big who can barely put their shirt on. It just depends on how you train. It is functional muscle, completely. It's just that you have to maintain your flexibility as well, which is a totally different group of exercises/regimens.
Chris Bumstead is strong. He couldn't compete in strongman but he is still stronger than probably 99.9% of the human population. Of course he uses steroids, but that doesn't take away from the fact that he has 1/1,000,000 genetics, crazy mental strength to diet how he does, and also spend hours in the gym. Steroids simply increase the capacity you have to work.
5:10 looks like a CB50 that Swedish police use, dual waterjet engines that can switch to full reverse and stopping in that short distance when you are doing +40knots....i would not want to try that.
But what is it? How does one get it to look like that? And why? I've seen a few images of people with similar looks... I don't get it. Who wants to look like a Ken doll?
The muscular guy is also demonstrating extreme dehydration. I doubt he looks like this when not specifically prepping for a competition or modeling gig.
Love the videos guys but for future vids like this with just background music idk if it was just for my headphones but I kinda drowns y’all out. And I’d much rather hear the blokes banter than that shit music lol
Devon tomps everyone in the world right now other than Levan in arm wrestling. Its not all about muscles in arm wrestling but technique is what is most important. Stupid to compare that. Also Cbum is strong as fuck and its not just big muscle. Look at his youtube channel and you will see. He is stronger than Devon in lifting etc.

Bodybuilding is specifically training for aesthetics. He's still strong, but he's not like powerlifter strong. Two different type of fitness goals.

The video is behind their reaction.
The bodybuilder is Chris Bumsfeld, 3-time Olympia classic physique champion
He has excellent symmetry, but the Blokes are correct that Devon Larratt would stomp him in arm wrestling.
The sync is only off for about a minute max, then it syncs back up.
@7:01 I was literally thinking the same thing when Daz said that!
Y'all should watch the whole video of three guys who jumped through a hoop. All kinds of amazing.

Norm McDonald’s dirty Johnny joke on the Howard Stern show would be a great reaction.
14:43. The next OB try 😂

We’re all just gonna ignore that Google has a fashion robot? Even if it isn’t real…..I’d believe it
The bicycle thing wasn't "fake" it was just played in reverse for some reason
They were saying the soccer ball hoop was fake. The video was out of sync.
The F1 racing video was a animation, guessing from a game.

Great video you guys

Y'all should watch ''Harry mack guerilla bars 25''
@3:54 am I tripping or is the video we see ahead of where they are in the video?
Nice reaction 👍🙏
My craziest Motor bike story is sadly very dark because I saw a guy die when I was kid doing a dirt bike jump trick at a monster truck show. 😬
you guys have to react to Jackie Chan stunts
It's not functional muscle, but I wouldn't pick a fight with him Dave lol.
You guys should check out Simon Wilson!! He just did a mini series traveling the UK with no money
8:59 looks cool until he gets a scratch on the top of his head 😂
But what is it? How does one get it to look like that? And why? I've seen a few images of people with similar looks... I don't get it. Who wants to look like a Ken doll?
Thr video to your reaction is ahead... edit the video
dave's edits lol. They really need to hire an editor at this point.
@@Vendrix86 who's Dave?
@@rram. it is only for a couple of videos until they pause again
@@rram. the ginger on the left
Baki Hanma...body type..
oh noooo. Editing mistake on the timing of the video and reaction
reaction is delayed editing error ☹️

C Bum looks pretty great in the off season but yeah, nowhere near what he looks like here.
why y'all clowning cbum like that
Dave, it’s not fake
Having muscles for everything is almost muscles for nothing as each sport needs dominant and subordinate muscle groups.
@2:59 am I the only one who didn’t see it “speed up” and thinks it’s legit?
Hi OfficeBlokes, can you please react to Super Freaky Girl by Nicki Minaj.
I can't deal with the music.
More weight = bigger muscles
More reps = more strength
you have it backwards.
Its quite the opposite lol.
Annoying that the supercar video was sped up but.....
just slow down the vid and you see its real....

video is a little out of sync lads
We've changed how we do things since this Vid so shouldn't have issues like this anymore 👍
bit out of sync
That muscle guy is gross.
That dude didn’t do roids you clowns 🤡
this is out of sync y'all 3:45
