Hello in case you haven't found a solution yet you should, from the jupyter dashboard, access the folder in which your CSV file is ( Better when you just create a folder on your Desktop and put your CSV file inside ). You access that folder and FROM there you create a new notebook. Once you do that just type this import pandas as pd data = pd.read_csv('./filename.csv') 'data' can be any name you want o give to your dataset.
