Depends if your college is recognised or not. If in Russia Iran then probably not .

Our university issues the final MBBS certificate (convocation)1 year after completion of internship. Can i still apply? My internship has also not ended yet but it will end in march. Still eligible for may exam?

No. You need degree in your hand to apply. Also you need work exp, can't clear without actual surgery experience

Aha is American heart association. It has practically no value in india, same in uk. Only corporate hospital do this to make money.
