Hi . I will be starting my medical college in india in the year 2023 . Will I be able to give usmle and do residency in usa ? Because I have heard people speaking about the changing wfme 2024 rule and no indian medical graduates could do their residency or practice in foreign usa ,uk,Australia is that so?pls provide a detailed answer.
Hey Bhaiya like you said in your previous video, focus on weightage of topic in neet ug (max effort on More scoring topic), so where shall I look up to those weightage thing.. plz tell
Not at all. It wd be better if u go for MBA . Because most jobs in pharma industry is marketing kind of jobs. If u like patients interaction , u wnt like it. U wd be corporate slave . I worked in industry for a pharma giant. Lots of traveling,
Doc, i have a genuine question from you. Is choosing medical field worth it ? Is it true that sky is the limit once someone opens their private practice or say a clinic if one is a dermatologist or psychiatrist, is luxury possible after becoming a specialised doctor ? My brother is in 10th and wants to either go for commerce or pcb but is very confused. Does an Mba graduate earns more working in a good company say in sales n marketing than a doctor in a private practice ? Please Doc, this comparison is much needed. Please call someone from commerce background.
The very fact that you replied has already made my day. Thank you so much. Doc but what if someone opts for cosmetic dermatology where one doesn’t have to deal with life and death scenarios. Also, you are your own boss with good work life balance and good income. Would you recommend opting such a speciality and what is your take on that.
@@xyzhehe2284 Ma’am, there a lot of ifs and buts. There would be many many doctors who would be earning > MBA / CA There would be many CA/MBA > Doctor. But what I have realised is that Doctors have much much worse work life balance. Like it’s not even a question. As far as Cosmetic Dermatology is concerned - it seems good now, it takes 9-12 years to be one. Who knows how saturated it might be by then. Plus Dermatology is a very competitive branch. If you have the capital for private practise - then being a Radiologist/Pathologist is most lucrative frankly. But then you’re not earning because you’re doctor. You’re earning because you’re a businessman.
Thank you so much Sir. Thank you for clearing all the air. More than blessed to have found someone like you on the yt platform who not only guides us with amazing videos but at the same time replies personally to anyone in doubt.
Sir this question is related to neet ug I wanted to know if reading physics ncert is important, I am grasping concepts without reading phy ncert from dc pandey and sometimes from hc verma, also I wanted to know about your technique to read chem ncert, in both the phy and chem ncert the language is hard to understand as it is vast filled with lot of info its hard to tell which is more important and I sometimes miss words while reading due to which I understand it differently.(very few times but its annoying)
Yes, ncert for physics is not important. You can score 150+ without ncert. Of course if you want 165+ then you can refer to ncert. My physics marks was 140+ and I never bought ncert for physics. My some classmates also scored better than me without ncert
@@elrond2362 which book did u use? I have some coaching material that kind of covers ncert in few pages.I also use dc pandey and hc verma I thought doing them would give me 160+,My aim is very high cmc vellore.
@@drbloxblaster I mostly used my coaching modules. They had different sections comprising of questions of varying difficulty. I used to solve mostly previous year questions and sometimes venture into slightly difficult section. Try to get your hands on aakash or allen module. They are good as questions are organized into different section. You can use dc Pandey too if you want and have enough time to. Solve all questions on the back.
@@drbloxblaster If your aim is 160 plus then you can definitely go for ncert. I only wanted my physics marks to be around 150 so i never used hc verma or ncert. I could have gotten 155 but due to some silly mistakes ended up with 141. Also look out for other neet edu channels too,Aditya advice is certainly good but its long past since he gave his ug exam and many things have changed since then.
Yasaab karna hota toh fir engineering hi karleta iit se. Job nahi karna tha isiliye toh meidcine liya ha independence k liye. Aur patient k sath interact karne k liye
A lot of people become MBBS doctors not for their own dreams but because their parents wanted it. For those who want 9-5 jobs with a good salary just after MBBS, Pharma is a good option to consider. But yes, for someone like you who is passionate about patient care and interaction- Pharma is not the best option, infact should be left altogether.
Pharmacology MD is the worst career prospect for Mbbs grad. Industry wd make u work like med representatives . I v first hand experience in working big pharma giant .
Har kisika apna priorities hota hain... Agar 60/70% engineering banda chooses govt jobs/bank/upsc etc... Then why cant mbbs students think of beyond the box.. Tumhe accha lagta hain tum karo.. Har kisika apna priority financial issues rehta hain

Doctors in private practise are a dying species. MBA (but from a good institute) > Private practise.
