- Super simple Greenhouse Build using recycled windows and 2x4s. Not sure what the total cost will be but I am trying to make this affordable! Everything keeps going up in cost so I guess we shall see. No experience is required for a build like this.
Don't worry, I'm still building the micro cabin. Just had to make sure my father-in-law would be able to grow his famous tomatoes.

I have to echo the concerns for the stud in front of the window and also add my concern about the rafter span and how much weight it can handle.

Awesome of you to do this for your father in law! I’d really frame a window around the window on the house, as well as tie the walls to the ground you could drive 3’ anchor spikes through the sill plate but those will rust away over time better idea would be to dig every 7’ or so and put an anchor in concrete 18” down at least since your past the point of pouting a sill wall. Other then that I think it’s looking great man!
