I’m from the Ivory Coast and I love Nigerian films. I see this film as my introduction to Nigerian films, when I see this film and the films that are released nowadays there is a huge difference.
Lots of lessons to learn from this film, the ones we see nowadays are all about money, success, love… repetitive scenarios. Different forms but the core remains the same.
Well it’s not only in Nigeria, Ivorian films as well.
