I visited langar of golden temple and yes in golden temple they prepare the food very cleanly, very good arrangements and well maintained place, specially the quality of food and also taking care of hygiene

I totally agree with the comments on hygiene and i personally will not eat from this as they literally step into it. Other thing to be mentioned is the amount of money people give at dargah is more than enough for them to buy machines or equipments that would make the process more hygiene, but they keep max money for themselves and not use it for the betterment.

Guys no disrespect as this is a religious place. However when I saw the thumbnail I did not believe that a guy was standing inside the food🤔 (as sometimes thumb nails are not correct). Then I saw the video it’s true! a guy is literally standing inside the food and then it is served to others. In this way, I see in all the temples they treat food as god (Annaporneshwari) and never ever touch the food with foot as a matter of respect and hygiene. Wish they find an alternate way to collect the food and serve. Hare Krishna 🙏

Sahih al-Bukhari (Ref: v9 h130) Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah's Messenger used to visit Um Haram bint Milhan and she was the wife of Ubada bin As-Samit. One day the Prophet visited her and she provided him with food and started looking for lice in his head. Then Allah's Messenger slept and afterwards woke up smiling[...]
It is difficult to imagine anyone capable of such rank treachery act as depicted in the hadith - let alone ascribe such a nature to our beloved Prophet! It is difficult, also, to imagine a situation where someone else's wife would be looking for lice on the Prophet's head on one if his supposed regular trips to see her, particularly as the Qur'an enjoins believing men and women to lower their gaze and be modest, an injunction which would seem to preclude such a suggestive intimacy. Moreover, this hadith is also trying to mock the Prophet by making it seem that the Prophet did not care for hygiene and cleanliness. The Quran empahsises a great deal on physical cleanliness, and again according to all historical facts / evidences the Prophet was well known to have been most particular about personal hygiene. Our Prophet was NOT of that kind of person who in reality would roam around with lice on his head.

He said, "Some of my followers were presented before me in my dream as fighters in Allah's Cause, sailing in the middle of the seas like kings on the thrones or like kings sitting on their thrones." (The narrator 'Is-haq is not sure as to which expression was correct). Um Haram added, 'I said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Invoke Allah, to make me one of them;" So Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) invoked Allah for her and then laid his head down (and slept). Then he woke up smiling (again). (Um Haram added): I said, "What makes you smile, O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)?" He said, "Some people of my followers were presented before me (in a dream) as fighters in Allah's Cause." He said the same as he had said before. I said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Invoke Allah to make me from them." He said, "You are among the first ones." Then Um Haram sailed over the sea during the Caliphate of Muawiya bin Abu Sufyan, and she fell down from her riding animal after coming ashore, and died.

I think the trust is rich enough to automate some of the process like washing the rice and using a mechanised stirrer and mechanised extraction to take the rices out. The current method is not only unhygienic, it is also dangerous with the guy entering a heated vat of rice. They can continue using the kadhai but common it doesn't meet the current food standard.
