Break your pain down. Instead of taking all the pain in a single day and do nothing the following days, focus more on doing it little bit every day.

Getting motivated is easy but getting disciplined is hard so most people want motivation if they want to achieve something in life. There's no shortcut to success without discipline.
Great message! It's never a straight line from the person you're now, and the person you want to become. Achieving fluency in English requires closing that gap. It won't be effortless, but it can be fun. If you have the desire, create a vision for what you want to become and then focus on the everyday effort you make to push towards the ultimate goal.
