Sister, please answer me of my one question,, in previous year value of goodwill is 70,000 and Current Year value of goodwill is 85,000. So please tell me that balance of 15,000 will added after 'Net Profit before Tax' !!
@@jeetbiswas9762 hey bro...as we know that goodwill is an intangible asset...nd increase in assets is due to investing activities not operating activities... hence it will be shown under the head of " Cash flow from investing activities" as a outflow ( purchase of goodwill with 15000 in outer column with bracket).
Also it will have only one treatment...u r not supposed to do anything with net profit before tax...as Goodwill is not an extraordinary item instead it is an intangible asset.

What we have to do with net profit when net profit increase in previous year and decrease in current year how we can treat net profit in such a situation here we have to show loss instead of net profit before tax .. Sir why we add back interest expense to operating activities even though there is payment of loan interest and there is outflow of cash as interest payment

Sir, the treatment of proposed dividend, shouldn't it be of the previous year considered while calculating net profit b/f tax? And the current year should be treated as contingent liability?
