I think people underestimate how much energy you use while golfing. I am a big rugby player but I golf too, and by the time I have gone around the whole course carrying my own clubs, I need a good rest after. I know that if I have a rugby match or training I won’t go golfing because it saps your energy. I usually record about 10k+ walking distance on my Fitbit at my local golf club while carrying clubs. (I will note that there are some very steep fairways at my local golf club so carrying the clubs up and down hills is a lot of what makes me tired)

I'll be honest Chris, ive only watch about a dozen or so of your videos. I only know about you from the sidemen. When i do watch your vids they are great but i havnt in a while. After seeing the title I had to click and see because i know you are a determined person. I didn't expect how much you'd actually do for the video though! Disregarding exercise, you could have had like 3 or 4 video ideas all on their own from this one video. Your videos are such high quality and you're underrated for how much work you put in.
