Well the idea po is the get raw lands instead of developed farms like this one If its developed it's only for the pleasure that you dont have to do the hard work and im sure you can sell it higher than what you paid for. You can't get the money back via ROI unless it will be spitting gold or oil po Therefore as I've told clients who found the time to call me better invest on raw lands and do the work and sell it after 3 years.
