I’m getting this as soon as I can which is in March. That is when it is released in the USA. I’m thinking and hoping having such different cards will make them more memorable to me and I love nature. I’m new to tarot. I can remember 5 of pentacles. A memorable snowy scene in front of a church but I don’t remember what the 4 or the 6 of pentacles are and so I can’t remember what the meaning is. The wands all look very similar to me. I think I could even feel more intuitive with a deck like this. I love the creator kept all the names and suits the same as RWS, otherwise I think it would confuse me. I rule out any decks that make those changes. I’m very excited. I have been looking for a deck like this. Thank you for a look at it!

I LOVE this tarot deck!! ❤ i got it when it was released, it is so different and i love the art. It works absolutely beautifully with the Chinese Five Elements Oracle.
Mine had way more bow in than yours lol but even though the card stock is not the best, the quality of the art and messages that come from it plus the guidebook are absolutely worth it.😊

The art is pretty and it's nice that it's not too expensive. I could see the Tarot of Oneness with it because of the colors and perspective. I'm curious; do you want cards in pairings to simply reflect a similar meaning to "work together" or do you use the cards to build a story as a tarot spread does? Or is a pairing sometimes just about the art going together well? (You may know but sliding a table knife under the lid of a tuckbox helps you lift it off easily). 😻💙
Yes, I used the blade of a scissor to get the lid open but I had to move away from the camera...! Working together... that's a great question, maybe I should do a video on that... I pair together an oracle and a tarot for my monthly practice... always one tarot, sometimes the oracle will change through the days... I do read it as a two-card spread. When I am doing large spreads I like to use one tarot and two to three oracles... yep, it gets wild. The cohesiveness of art helps but sometimes it is good to mix it up so that the messages really stand out. Thanks for watching!🦊
Its interesting cause I usually see people doing pairings react more strongly to like meanings--oh this card is Death and this one is Embrace Endings, how awesome is this cosmic connection. There are trees in both cards, this is cool! But if they get Death and Joy, they often don't seem to make a story, they just move on because the images and messages are so different. I'd prefer to find the connection just as we do with disparate cards in a reading, which seems more interesting! I'm just trying to grasp how people do this and your videos are helpful, thanks!@@darkfaetarot
I understand. Do you mean when you read for others? I find I can make sense no matter what comes up... although at times the message on the whole can feel dry or somewhat distant... that usually happens when I am using one deck and I don't feel too close to the deck at the time... it gives me strange messages with no meaning. That means a cleanse is needed and in the meantime I need to use another deck. Today I did a reading for myself that had one tarot, two oracles used. The last oracle card I pulled was kind of counter to the rest of the reading, and then I realised that it was answering my question. For me, intention/ the question is key... in older cartomancy approaches.. Lenormand, Marseilles, we hear that often when learning @@papermoontarot4219
I've given up on readings for myself that don't gel. But I often find the interest in reading for myself (I don't get the chance to read for others often) is getting disparate cards and trying to find a connection. I did one reading where there were two positive cards and then the 7 of swords. Her question was whether she should start a small business. I interpreted that the outlook was positive but who was she stealing something from to do it? She answered, time from my kids and I said, yes, just consider that as you make your decision. With a tarot and oracle that just say the same thing it might be an intriguing coincidence, but that doesn't seem that deep to me!@@darkfaetarot
I guess it is all about personal approaches and there is no wrong or right... have you thought about getting a tarot workbook to dip in and out of so that it broadens the practise... I find it helps me to switch-up my approaches so that it is fresh. I learnt Lenormand this year and it really had a great impact on my tarot draws. There's also books with spreads and writing challenges... I find this stuff inspiring so I get out of my comfort zone@@papermoontarot4219
