thanks 4 the video, one question...u edit the photos before or after the client selected "their" shots?before, more work but maybe more sell vs. after, less work sell less pictures.
I already enjoyed following you on your socials, but reeeally wanted to improve my own skills. Found your chanel today and now i'm in trouble!!! I'll be watching your video's the whole day through!!! :D Thanks for sharing your knowledge...
What brand of camera and model would you recommend for nature, animals, and people? I'm new to photography, and I also want to start taking photos of all my finished jobs and possibly start another business as a real state photographer.
@@InspawrationPhotography this video definitely helps highlight what magic can happen in LR. I’m very new to photography, but with the help of your tutorial I am currently editing some photos for my in-laws Christmas 🥰 thank you again!
I open pictures directly in PS and do those edits you show here in Camera Raw - is there a huge difference between LR und CR? Because for me it looks pretty much the same. Thank you so much for sharing this tutorial! :)
Nope! They're REALLY similar! Lightroom just works as more of a library so if you have a separate organisational/cataloguing system that works for you, then camera raw is totally fine!
You can find one already on my channel, also using Lightroom 😊 I may in the future do one using photoshop but I tend to save them for my students in my courses/lessons/membership 😊
I don't. My clients choose from RAW files. I only edit what they want. It's not wedding photography, nobody needs 200 posed photos of their pets. Most I've sold in a session is about 60. 200 photos would cos them about $20,000 so they're welcome to buy that many, but I doubt they will. My photos are precious, they are worth the time it takes to edit them individually.
Some things are: not needing to brighten up the image too much in editing, using the denoise slider, but also there probably IS noise, I just don’t care about it/it isn’t the end of the world
@@dosam_6146 I personally use PS for it yes but it’s absolutely possible in LR. You’d go to the masking section and make a new Brush mask. For burning you want to either lower the exposure or shadows. For burn you want to raise the exposure. There’s a built in brush preset you can use with the exposure settings already there but I usually set it myself. Then brush in the effect where you want it 😊
Very inspirational video, love it! Your original pictures however are already stunning, amazing job :)
Best part starts at 8:03
very helpful thank you
Thank you for sharing, this helps so much!
very helpful thank you! i’m new to lightroom and can’t wait to try those radial masks

This is great! Thank you !!!!
Thank you for this! I’ve never used LR to its full potential, this tutorial was so helpful!
Love to hear this!! Lightroom can be such a great program and so many people don’t make use of all the features for sure! 😍
@@InspawrationPhotography this video definitely helps highlight what magic can happen in LR. I’m very new to photography, but with the help of your tutorial I am currently editing some photos for my in-laws Christmas 🥰 thank you again!
Great tutorial, thank you!
You're very welcome!

I love your tutorial videos, Thank you Emily 😍
Your videos are so helpful! thank you for making them! ♥
And thank you for being here watching them!
This helps me a lot, but I want more and more of that
There's plenty more in my Learning Journey membership, or tutorials available on my website!
Wow, thank you 💕
Great vid...thank you 😁
Great. Thanks.
Hello! This is amazing photo! I would love if a can make a photo like this!
I love your radial filter idea for eye editing, but I don't find it as successful with dog that have small beady eyes any suggestions for them?
Got an eye video coming up, but I still use radials or the brush tool, and add some yellow, maybe pull up shadows a bit (but don't go crazy)
Very informative thank you
So glad it was helpful!
Thaats so nice!!
What kind of computer are you using for editing?

@@InspawrationPhotography Perfect! Then I'll continue using Bridge, Camera Raw and Photoshop. Thank you! 🤗
Thank you, can you please do a video tutorial on just the dog's eyes to make them POP
Filmed and I just have to edit it! 😊 (But also 2 eye/face editing videos are available in my Pet Photography membership already!)
Can you do a video of you fully editing a photo from start to finish
You can find one already on my channel, also using Lightroom 😊 I may in the future do one using photoshop but I tend to save them for my students in my courses/lessons/membership 😊
So much interesting information here, thank you. I do find the background music too much though - too loud and repetitive, i found it hard to listen 😢
Thanks for the feedback :)
Good video, but how do you apply this to 200 photos without taking a month to edit all the pictures?
I don't. My clients choose from RAW files. I only edit what they want. It's not wedding photography, nobody needs 200 posed photos of their pets. How possible you shot with a ISO 2500 and there’s no noise!!!!???? I’ve a sony too maybe I don’t use it correctly!!?? 😮❤
Some things are: not needing to brighten up the image too much in editing, using the denoise slider, but also there probably IS noise, I just don’t care about it/it isn’t the end of the world
please do PS tutorial! :)
There is a video on PS on my channel already! Not a tutorial yet but it does go through how to use PS
So would you use photoshop to dodge and burn or is there a way to do this in lightroom?
